Alright, so I'm trying to live a better lifestyle by changing my exercising and eating habits. All you guys are giving me the motivation to earn the body I need and want.
I'm starting out with cardio to shed the weight; doing about 60 minutes (treadmill, cycling, and elliptical) about 5 times a week. Hopefully, when I'm comfortable with the routine, I'll start weight training to gain muscle mass to further speed up my weight loss.
I'm open to any advice you guys can give me.
Guys I'm Looking To Meet
Eh, just looking for friends moreso, possibly workout partners. I'm not big into the dating scene. A lot of my friends accuse me of being too hard on myself or that I've got low self-esteem. Well, that really isn't the case. I'm an awesome person and I know it (I'm smart, funny, kickass, artistically-enhanced, bold at times, can make people laugh, etc.).
As far as friends go, I'm looking for people to chill with. Fun, interesting, be able to tell an awesome story, and be able to make me smile/laugh genuinely as well. I'm pretty open-minded, so anyone will clique I think, but don't try to argue art w/ me. I'll kick yo' ass. I don't think that's too hard to ask of from new people, right?
