ABOUT ME

I am of Slavic and east Siberian parentage. I am have three grown children and am expecting the first grandchild. I have been a college counselor and instructor, a therapist and the Director of an outpatient psych clinic for families and kids without insurance. My work helps people daily, but I also have lost 30 plus pounds and am striving to get down to 200 in 14 months. I am a bone cancer survivor but I am resilient as a war horse. It will take a couple of months to post pictures. I am not here with a hidden agenda; I like to talk with people who are doing well, and possibly to encourage or get pointers.
