ABOUT ME
I've just become qualified as a Personal Trainer and I've been working on my own body as a long term project for a long time and now...I'm hoping to do the same for others.
I weight train for about an hour a day 5 days a week and I swim for about an hour every week AND I teach kids how to swim too.
To be honest...it's one of the most fulfilling things I've ever done and I love it.
