Cardio training: 6 times per week 60 minutes per session
Sports I like: Boxing, Football (American), Kayaking, Martial arts, Tennis, Volleyball
Other sports I like: zumba! hey it's a sport when you can get competitive. lol. I like dance-type cardio workouts. - I'm a zumba instructor and a hot hula instructor. Hey Don't judge unless you can get with my classes! :)

There's so much to write, but I'm not really too keen on revealing everything on here. I tend to be a bit of a goof ball with friends and to my students. I am living life as best as I can with the limitations I now have. Slowly recovering from a back injury/surgery earlier this year. I'm both a thinker and not. I like discovering cheap eats! haha and holding get togethers with friends.I am also perpetually going to classes at the gym.

I'm looking for someone I can actually work out with or can help me regain muscle mass. I've got a back injury that i'm recovering from and dealing with so i'm trying to learn my limits and what I can do in the gym.
