ABOUT ME
I am a masculine sporty outgoing kind of guy, who is now going through rehab after rupturing my Anterior Cruciate Ligament last summer. I haven't been able to play any sport since June which is killing me, and have only just started to be able get back jogging. Hopefully by the end of Summer 2012 I'll be back 100% again. I am seriously determined to get fitter and stronger than I was before so any training tips etc much appreciated!
