I'm here looking for some serious encouragement as I (re)start my weight loss journey. I've read a bunch of stuff on here that has really inspired me.
I'm not an awesome looking jock with a great body (I want to be!) but I am a hell of a nice guy! So please don't discount me too soon -- maybe you could even help!
Update: I've lost 20kg in the last year - still a long way to go but I'm finally on the right track!
