I am not really good at this but I will try. I am 5'10", 178 lbs. I work out 6x week and am in real good shape.I love to travel - unfortunately, I have to travel quite extensively for work. I generally prefer to travel to warmer climates, such as the carribean. I am somewhat of a workaholic, but I know how to balance my life and have a good time.
