New! Track Your Workout Progress with Before and After Pics

Want to make your fitness improvement more of a group effort? Now you can join other RealJock.com members as you track your workout progress using the new RealJock.com Workout Photos tracking system. This new system allows you to upload before, during, and after body photos to your profile as you do the RealJock.com Strong and Lean 12-Week or Muscle-Building 12-Week workout program. These photos show up in a new "My RealJock Workouts" section of your profile so that other members can follow the progress you've made, and vice versa.

Adding your first before pic and joining the program is a great way to put yourself out there to make sure you follow through on the full 12 weeks of workouts. When you add your first photo, you'll be automatically added to the searchable list of other RealJock.com members participating in the program. Members can now search others who are doing (or have done) the RealJock.com workouts for workout help and encouragement.
