Weight training: 3 times per week 50 minutes per session
Cardio training: 3 times per week 30 minutes per session
Sports I like: Bodybuilding, Hiking, Sailing

Just seeing what's about and hoping for a decent website with decent lads on here. Started the gym in May this year and slowly getting there body wise, lost weight and gained some muscle mass. I'm sure like everyone else wishing it would happen more quickly.
When I can be bothered I'll fill this out a bit more.
