ABOUT ME

Easygoing nice guy who likes to have fun. The Muddy Buddy is my favorite race of the year! A little bit into tris but I spend more of my free time cycling and running than I do swimming, and Saturdays are usually spent in the saddle. I love the thrill of going fast. Warped humor makes me laugh out loud and is an awesome way to relax. I have a secret wild streak despite my mild-mannered appearance. Reading a great book is a good way to end the day and a Friday cocktail with friends is a good way to end the week. My diet is pretty clean but look out if you put some Ben & Jerry's Coffee Heath Bar Crunch or a Jamocha shake in front of me.
