    hey there guys a gd friend told me about this site after i have lost my way ,from getting sick i resigned myself to the fact that i will never achieve my goals ,i have managed to drop my weight from about 120kgs to 80kgs and now im back to 85 but ive lost all my gains with muscle mass,i had wanted to enter a comp next year but i may have to put that off for a while .i know what i have to do with regards to training and diet ,i had an awesome personal trainer and was going to a new gym ,but now until i get back to work and start paying sum bills that have caught up to me i wont be able to afford the gym cos as you know its not just working out its the diet and supplements which u DO need,so i was going to the gym 4 days a wk for weights (1hr intense)and 5-6 days a wk for cardio (30mins intense)i have in the past experimented in sum sports performance enhancers,and wld do again.
    A BIT ABOUT ME - im a complicated guy lol i am gay and im married with 2 great kids i told her 3 yrs ago thst im gay and its been real tough since,but im stil here cos i havent found the balls to move on yet ,(i find it hard to leave the kids) yea i know everyone has said i have to do it,but when im ready i will. i stil meet up with guys casually when im able to ill be going back to work at brisbane airport soon so hpfully, i( live on bribie island now),so ill have a better opportunity to get into a better routine.
    MY LIKES- movies science fiction ,horror,thrillers,comedies,when i have the chance i luv going out and having a few drinks then i cant stop dancing( 6 hrs is my record haha, gd cardio)but i havent done that or been out in over a year* miss it* ,i luv cooking ,going out for dinner socialising,-when i can ! luv music i cant go past a gd niteclub beat sum reality tv shows
    THINGS I DONT LIKE - rude ppl ,liars,timewasters,seafood,well canned tuna is ok (it has to be if u need protien),working in the rain,being broke lol,jim carrey,romantic movies country and western,jazz all yuck so even though im gettin on a bit in age lol most ppl think i look and act a lot younger anyway enough of blowin my own horn, have a great day.

    Guys I'm Looking To Meet

    Well ideally id like to meet a rich guy that will be hot lookin and masculine and take me tie me down and mould me into the muscular god i wanna be ( slap myself and wakes up) but that aint gunna happen ,i would like to meet sumone that i can train with maybe and we can keep each other motivated,im mostly into musc/masc guys that arent too old i dont wanna have to lift ur weights up for u lol,my type of guy is varied i go for hot fit guys from 18 to late 40s and cute twink,tradie to a hot fit bodybuilder lol it wld be helpfull if ur hung like a donkey *not nessesarily lol* as im a btm but im versitile with the right guys if im comfortable, otherwise it aint gunna work. i have shared sum performance enhancement ahead of time in the past to get things moving in the right direction,and wldnt be opposed to suggestions,and please be able to hold a conversation,and have a laugh if u wld like to meet up 1st for a chat and see how we get on thats gr8 then we can take things from there.thx guys for havin a read ,happy lifting ;)
