    I wasn't like, 'oh, I'll just go because I was eating a lot' or 'I'll just go because my abs are going away' and I actually started going 5 days a week. After about a month of research, tears, and working out with proper form, my muscular endurance sharply increased and I was stretch marks because my pecs were just getting way too big way too fast for my skin to stretch out. I went from 30 minute workouts to 70 minute minimum workouts because I need the intensity, and that's not including my cardio. Really what you need to do is make a realistic plan and you need to do your research or hire a personal trainer. It's better to lift light with low weights with proper form then to lift heavy and not do it properly, along with the risk of injury.
