I was lucky enough to spend a week with Billy and Mike, of the Diakadi Body in San Fran, at the Atlantis Vallarta vacation in 2008. They led the Real Jock Boot Camp and it was amazing! They kicked our asses daily with great functional, intense workouts that really were enjoyable. If we lived in SFO, I'd be a proud member of Diakadi!
