I'm not going to tell you I'm "easy to talk to" or "an easy-going guy", because that's really your judgment call -- but don't be afraid to say hi.
Clearly, one end-goal is to look good, but another is to feel good. I enjoy working out and I do it for ME -- not for anyone else. It makes me feel good and it's enjoyable. Spin in the morning 3 days a week and lifting as often as I can in the afternoon. Add life to taste and cook until al dente.
