    Formerly a big boy, after a couple of years of diets and two great personal trainers, I consider myself an acceptable work in progress. But both my trainers have moved, so I've decided to continue on my own, and hope to use this site as my back up trainer!

    Because I am a great cook and love to eat, my routine is more about exercise than watching what I eat. I jog on the canal every day before I head for the gym facilities in a bath house. That way, I can workout and then reward myself. lol In addition, I have a pilates, an aerobics and a calistenics class once a week each. Plus as a semi-retired entertainer, I have my rehearsals. But my biggest exercise comes from the hustle of my everyday life and the activities I've incorporated into my weekly routine.

    I try to get in these activities at least once a week: soccer, field hockey, tennis, bowling, volleyball and dodgeball and kickball with my nieces and nephews. And because of a group I'm involved with, soccer, tennis, football and wrestling have become more important to me!

    I'm open to meeting anyone. Friends, email penpals, playmates, dating or potential husband number four. I'm open to advice on exercising tips, recipes, anything that will make my battle to improve or at least maintain easier, without hurting myself too much. lol

    And the five things you should know about me are 1) I'm an extremely incurable romantic, 2) I'm a good friend, 3) I'm a bit of a workaholic, 4) I value the people in my life and 5) rather than say I'm special or unique, I would say I'm more unorthodoxed.

    Unfortunately, not an April Fool's update~~~I'm on hormone replacement therapy of sorts. I was hot flashing, passing out and falling asleep for no reason, and sadly, amorous all the time. Turns out my pituitary gland was all out of whack and now, I'm on some holistic supplements and a endocrinal cocktail to get things back in order. So far the flashes have stopped, but the sleeping, passing out and amorosity are still concerns. Okay, maybe not the later one so much.

    Outside of that, I'm great. I did lose some muscle mass during my stint with MEN-ALL-Pause, lol, but I figure that's a small price to pay. I jog four times a week, altenrating between the Canal and the Monon trail, I hit the gym foru times a week as well, plus my calistenics, aeroberics and dancerise classes. I need a stretching class though. I also have a great masseur, so I can now play tennis, soccer and field hockey once a week, play dodgeball with my nieces and nephews and I'm currently studying rugby! Would love to get some hints on the stretching and rugby from you guys! Thanks!

    It's been a while, so here is the update. As of September of 2014, I was in a relationship for about three years, but that ended nearly six months ago. Currently working as a writer and masseur, life is not too shabby these days. Oh, and in addition to rugby, if anyone wants to help learn racquetball, lacrosse or there is another sport I'm interested in learning, let me know. Yes, my mind might be slipping fast, so I'd better keep the body in shape. lol

    Guys I'm Looking To Meet

    As I said before, I am open to meeting anyone. Trainers willing to advise me through emails, email pan pals, friends, playmates, or potential relationship material. Let me clean that last one up a bit. I'm a widower three times over, so I know what I want and need to have a successful relationship and will make sure all the components are there before I travel that route with anyone. Yes, I am as strong willed as I hope my body to be someday. And no, I had nothing to do with the passing of my three previous husbands. Just call me "the Black Widower."

    I like romantic, playful, adventurous, intelligent guys with a sense of humor. I don't really have a type, but HWP and decent looking is good. And hairy is a plus! However, if you aren't seeking a serious relationship with me, again, I'm open to meeting anyone!
