5'-8 164-180lbs depending on how I'm training and how I'm eating. I'm life-time natural, defined, masculine, comfortable, confidant, honest, friendly, athletic and open to new, friends, experineces and chalenges. I Won 1st place in my devision in a natural body building contest April 4, 2009 in Mississauga ON. and I was happy with the results. I may be Looking for another event this summer perhaps in Europe or another natural contest in November 2009.

I met so many great friendly people, saw beutiful places and things, sampled the richness of other cultures and fell in Love with Barcelona! A special thanks to a beautiful man in Alicante! Its an amazing world we share.

Dave is an incredible guy, very easy going and just a man who you could possible hang out with forever. He likes his SMART car and i think thta is great i like those too and if germany would NOT have the Autobahn, i would get one myself today just as a pecaution for "our" invirement and the cost of the fuel right now.

Well, since there are so many other guys that have since written about this man, I need to add another two cents, as I do feel that I need to be on top. hehehe. Dave is one of the few people in this world that, under the right circumstances, I would absolutely trust with my life. I can't say I know him all that well, though I do chat with him much more than I talk to friends I have known for much longer- and we love to bust each others' chops, so to speak. But his gentle and generous spirit resonates deeply in my being, and he has the uncanny ability to be able to say exactly what it is you need to be hearing at the time. He is a way more natural to be up than Prozac or viagara, and way sweeter than baklava with added sugar. I am proud and honored to be able to call him my friend--and I hope he finds whatever it is that he is looking for. Though, honestly, he has such a great attitude about life, that he is able to find the joy that is present in every moment. We don't need much more than that. He reconnects me with that awareness of presence every time, and for that I am grateful. Peace and love to him always...

Dave's a definite class act. Good looks, a great personality, and a fantastic sense of humour. Met him in Toronto on one my visits there and if he can't make you smile, then either you have too much botox in your face or else you must be plain nuts lol.
