im not smart. im just in college for too long cuz of stuff i did back home in california so im taking my time and i might as well pack on as much stuff as i can.

09 goals: lose 11 lbs fat. gain 9 lbs muscle. *by april 20th* slowly add until 215 @ 7-8% body fat. BA-CHA!
5.5.09: im at 195, no idea where im at %bodyfat wise, but ive been told i look good so sweet? none of my pants fit either, so i need to re-measure myself.
