13 Jul 09: So all that was 2008. Its been awhile since I've updated this so wanted to throw out some stuff. Back is great, can't even tell I had surgery... well besides that scar on my back. But I feel great and working out hard. Enjoying summer, Beach and such... weekends are a blast. I haven't stayed home in a long while! Work is taxing so the weekdays are uneventful though. Looking forward to football starting up again!

2 June... back to free weights for about 2.5 weeks.. doing good! Can run about 3 miles without sucking... not up to my 4 mile goal. Dont really have any back pain but it is still kind of weak but im not going to do any dead lifts or squats for a long while. Havent actually done a leg work out other than running or stairs :-X oh well... somehow gained 5 pounds? not sure how that happened. not sure where it went either! Newest pic is up ... on the phone in the mirror

Update... 24 April... I ran last week and got a whole half mile before I had to walk. But then did quarters run quarters walk for a total of 2 miles... was ok but hurt. Today ran around the block about 1.5 mile without stopping.. sweating a lot.. didnt hurt too bad! Altho as I sit here is a bit sore. Its progress though!

Almost summer and me without a tan, cept this horrible redneck tshirt tan I got at an airshow last weekend...

Just working M-F, always looking forward to the weekend. Then where do I head? I do like to drive...

I'll tell you the truth... I havent been to the gym in months. But I did have back surgery so I guess thats a good excuse. Should be back in a few weeks thank god. What was I supposed to do with all this freetime besides watch SPIKE and Comedy central???

New goal is 180lb...
