    Description

    Love being active, but hate drudgery, and tend towards more non-traditional activities. Started ballet 4 years ago, and although I'm still technically a beginner, I love the discipline and comprehensive fitness it brings me. Am getting more into yoga, ballroom dancing, and barefoot running.

    I still appreciate physical exercise and progress in all forms, but I guess my focus is more on flexibility, static muscle strength and ability as opposed to just muscle mass. My goals are more in tune of being able to achieve better turnout, stretch my leg up to my ear, and increase my ability to chase down a kudu in the African savanna.

    Interested in nutrition and an optimal diet, but at the same time into sustainable consumption and am a foodie, a cook, and a gardener. Love my bacon and fries just as much as I love my Swiss chard and green smoothies.

    In the health profession here, have a quick mind and am always wanting to learn and mull and debate. I believe that the mind require exercise as much as the body. That the two are interconnected, and with health of one comes the other.
