Laid-back couple in Boston, one is a graphic design editor at the big newspaper out here and the other is an assistant for an investment firm. We've spent 2009 getting ourselves in shape... couldn't describe either of us as muscular or even as "jocks" but we have been exceptionally motivated and have made huge accomplishments. We set goals for our bodies and health, exceeded them, and are still going strong. About a year ago, we quit Gold's Gym where neither of us felt like we were getting anywhere. We invested in renovation and equipment for a fantastic home gym in a finished room in our basement, set off from the rest of the condo. It's been the best thing we've done. We joined this site to look for tips, motivation, and conversation with people who have similar goals and achievements.
