Sorry you're injured.
I broke my collar bone when I was a kid and, yup, it sucks. I don't think there's much you can do, except follow your doctor's advice, make sure that you're getting adequate pain relief, rest (and plan on not doing anything very strenuous for a month or two). You may need to find a new hobby or two to keep you occupied while you wait to be able to get back to the gym, etc.
