I'm going down tomorrow (the 25th) and coming back on the sunday. Is anybody from RJ going down? Hangouts?

To hang out or to cause trouble?

Good question! I hope it is to hang out and enjoy our wonderful city. There are more than enough trouble makers here already protesting. They have been marching through the streets, pissing off drivers, spraypainting grafitti all over the place, and I have been hearing commercials on the radio for companies that specialize in emergency repair of office building windows. I hope it doesn't come to that! I am getting FAR away from here for the weekend.

I'll eb there hosting an event tonight, and another on saturday, to kickstart pride. Ugh.

Right now, I think Toronto is a place to avoid. The thugs and useful idiots are calling themselves "protesters" and using that as an excuse to destroy property and generally act like animals.

I think most Torontonians are fleeing the city!

Just don't go near a Starbucks and everything should be fine.

It's mainly just going on in the core. And I agree, I think there are a lot of "protesters" that are just jumping in to cause havok. Half of them aren't even informed about the cause. Ruining it for the actual concerned individuals.

Assuming you stay away from the areas surrounding the security boarders, you should be just fine.

The Downtown Region is not the place to be going this weekend. I'll be avoiding it like the plague.
