How to Gain Mass on a Limited Time

    So here's the situation;
    My very erratic work schedule makes it difficult for me to make time to work out. I sometimes get two days off, three if i'm lucky. I know there are other guys out there like firemen, nurses, etc. who have the same odd work schedule like i do, yet a lot of them look muscular (and sexy awesome!), so obviously they find the time to work out so they can be healthy enough to do their jobs.
    So what do i have to do to gain mass on whatever days off or time i have? Any specifics like powerlifting or HIIT or something?

    well you can help achieve your goal by cutting back on cardio and focusing more on weight training using heavier weight and also by adding a few extra calories to your diet using quality muscle building foods. You can also visit your nearest nutritional store and purchase a protein supplement that will allow you to put on more mass.
