So I every once in awhile when I am working out I get extremely hot and I feel as though I am going to vomit. The last time it happened was earlier this week and it was so bad that I had to cut my workout short and crawl home lol.

I didn't do anything that i can think of that is out of the ordinary so I don't really know why it happened.

Do you guys know what could be causing the nausea? I kinda feel like a dork because I have heard people talk about getting nauseous before but I never listened to what could have been causing it.

    Any advice is appreciated.

The best thing you can do is see a doctor.

Here's a few things that could cause it:
    1. Overtraining.
    2. Hypoglycemia.
    3. High blood pressure.
    4. Brain tumor.
    5. Not drinking enough water and/or electrolytes.
    6. Empty stomach.
    7. No air conditioning (on hot days).
    8. Not getting adequate rest.
    9. Staring at hot guys too long.
    10. Overtraining

go get your blood pressure checked, if they find a slight regular elevation that they would deem as acceptable but a little on the high side, have them do a 24 BP check, they will stick a cuff on your for 24 hours with this box that goes around your waist, you'll sleep with the thing on and go for a workout too.

Was it shortly after a meal? Did you drink enough water?
