good luck man....I did it, you can too. I went from 188 pounds to 168 pounds..my goal. Actually with the increased muscle, probably lost more than that. Waist from 36ish to 32/33....now time to buy new clothes.
You can do it....cardio and diet....not starving just watch what you eat and how much...cardio 3 - 4 times a week for 30 - 45 minutes...it works!
So it's been over a month now....what's the update?
You and me started this at about the same time. I signed up for my gym on the 6th of Feb....and it's been really good for me! We should compare diet tips. I have a 52 lb goal though, so it sounds like I will be at it longer!
