Strating a new

    ok so I am overwieght...time to et back in shape. My mission, and I choose to except it, is to lose 25 pounds and get back down to 195-200pounds...I will start tomorrow, Feb. 6th, 2008. Wish me luck.

    day one...not so bad...ate pretty well...ok really well, and no off to the gym...woohoo.

    wt 223
    waist- 38 inches
    chest- 42 in
    arms- 14 in
    thighs- 24 1/2 in
    penis...JUST KIDDING!...LOL!

    good luck man....I did it, you can too. I went from 188 pounds to 168 pounds..my goal. Actually with the increased muscle, probably lost more than that. Waist from 36ish to 32/33....now time to buy new clothes.

    You can do it....cardio and diet....not starving just watch what you eat and how much...cardio 3 - 4 times a week for 30 - 45 minutes...it works!

    So it's been over a month now....what's the update?

    You and me started this at about the same time. I signed up for my gym on the 6th of Feb....and it's been really good for me! We should compare diet tips. I have a 52 lb goal though, so it sounds like I will be at it longer!

    I'm rooting for any of you guys who are reaching for a weight goal. Diet & exercise - increase cardio - eat clean - fruits and vegetables - you can do it! Best of luck!
