If it's, for instance, 60 degrees outside, most people dress in clothing that will make them comfortable being outside in 60 degree weather. Then, I walk into a store, where they've got the heat cranked up to 75 or 80 degrees. Not only am I roasting, but I can't breathe.

Businesses would save a fortune on electric/gas bills if they'd turn off the damn heat (or at least turn it down), and tell their employees to dress in warmer clothes.

Same for A/C in Florida. If it´s so cold you need to wear a sweater in 90 degrees then you´ve cooled it too much.
