    its still sad

regardless of his craziness, he was still a truely creative powerhouse. he changed music more than any other artist.

icon_sad.gif I'm really sad that he died and I think then everyone realized just how much Michael meant to us,that the only time we saw past the media and
speculation was when it was to late,Imagine how
happy he would be to see what the world thinks
of him now,he would be so proud.
    Billie Jean is my favourite!
It is the most amazing song peformed live.

Its a shame his integrity and honor was questioned for so long and it took something like his death for most people to see the greatness, beauty and innocence he had.

His artistic value goes beyond anything anyone has ever seen!! I was watching old videos of his on youtube last night and my 10 year old son came in the room and said with exuberance...."thats Michael Jackson!!! and hes singing Billie Jean!!!"

There will be no other artist that will last generations as he has.

I think my favorite video of him though is his Motown Anniversary Video of him when he first did the moon walk.

So many artist now adays have to have all kinds of outfit changes and outlandish backgrounds and special effects...but all Michael needed was him on a stage, a spotlight and a hat and he brought down the frickin house with just his talent and that was it....no one else like it.

When I hear the old stuff...like off the wall, I realize how good he was. The last 15 years he was a prisoner of his own fame really. He was a great talent, but had the same human frailties as everyone else.

I just like the live vocals in this 1996 performance of 'She's Out Of My Life'.

I'm not sure about his lifestyle but I've always enjoyed his talent.

I really enjoyed "Scream" because I thought it was so cool to see him and his little sister collaborate. (Especially them dancing together)

He was proved innocent, which I believe he is. What are you, Republican?

    *Scream*

such a bad ass video. even more bad ass because him and his sister janet let people know "dont fuck with the Jacksons"

Also still to date the most expensive video ever made I think it cost 7 million

But we all know Thriller is a classic

No, libertarian, if that matters. He molested kids... lets not joke ourselves. I don't believe in a heaven or a hell, but if there are such places we know where he belongs.

It's hard to believe a year has come and gone. I wasn't too shocked when I heard the news of his passing. He was self destructive and those in his inner circle didn't always have his best intentions in mind. Nonetheless, it's still sad someone so talented, and a father to those sweet children, could be gone at only 50 years old. As far as a favorite video goes, I like most of them, but I'd have to say the most creative is "Leave me Alone", and someone already posted it.

after the brilliance of "thriller" and "billie jean" he released this crapppppppp?

"scream" is a perfect example of quick and terrible artistic (and perhaps mental) decline of the self-proclaimed "king of pop". icon_sad.gif

How is Thriller not posted yet?!

I also watched This Is It this week, but didn't realize this was the anniversary of his death. The movie was actually very good and it's too bad the concert didn't make it to fruition.
