to work on the ass firmness, is there an alternative to squats and leg raises, just after some variation, not a quick fix?!

Used to work with a girl who said she got her booty from having a lot of sex.
...might be useful to some more than others, I don't know...

On second read, you're going for firmness, that thing wasn't none too firm. If someone's going for size, maybe?

I prefer what I said earlier. It's more intense and you will feel it for a couple of days. icon_biggrin.gif

First I love leg day. Its my absolute fav for some reason. Must be that extra shot of testosterone.

Butt blaster is great but another excercise that will help tone is the Stair Mill machine. Not all gyms have them and they can look very menacing, but if you spend a good 20 mins on it, you'll get a good cardio workout and a nice burn on your ass.

    AHH cool very cool,

i am sadly limited to my room and running, as i cannot afford gym membership and writing my thesis, i know excuses, but i have educational priorities etc.

everyone has been very helpful and its good to see, im not the only person who hates ass work outs.

    peace out

We just got two of those at my gym recently...I haven't tried them out yet, but I'll give them a go next leg day.

Unless you have knee, ankle or back problems, jumping is a great way to build strong, powerful glutes. By jumping I mean jump squats, jump lunges, etc. Take it easy though and make sure you're using perfect form. Google "lower body plyometrics" and you'll find loads of ideas.

Get your minds out the gutters, boys!!!

Biking and running will give you a nice, hard ass!

I have a nice hard ass as a result of the above advice icon_twisted.gif
