to work on the ass firmness, is there an alternative to squats and leg raises, just after some variation, not a quick fix?!
Butt blaster is great but another excercise that will help tone is the Stair Mill machine. Not all gyms have them and they can look very menacing, but if you spend a good 20 mins on it, you'll get a good cardio workout and a nice burn on your ass.
