I am planning taking the U.S. Foreign Service Exam in August. I've done a few dress down reviews and 'prep' exams, and I think I should do exceptionally well. I have even spoken with a "diplomat in residence" at Duke University several times, and he believes that I will "ace it."

I know the more difficult aspects to being offered a position in the Service comes towards the end of the selection process, but does anyone have any prior experience taking the Foreign Service Exam? Has anyone actually made it into the Foreign Service? I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has...
