So I'm going to need a few house guests to help "christen" counters, walls, showers, beds, bedrooms, lounges, things of that nature... You can stay for the duration, I'll feed ya and even snuggle at night...

    Any takers?? Hehe

It's kinda exciting never had a place that was all my own, just with the ex and furniture choices where always a compromise.. I'm looking forward to this... Having my own place it's even got an extras bedroom icon_biggrin.gif

congrats! living along is so nice... except for the few times you wish you had a roommate to talk to, the pros definitely outweigh the cons icon_biggrin.gif

There is nothing better than having your own place!
No interuptions from roommates while you are finishing a bottle of wine with a sexy guy and you are about to start rolling around on the livingroom floor. The odd things you leave laying around the house are always your, and between you and your cleaning lady.
Also, you can be as loud as you want in the bedroom and never worry about your geeky art school roommate texting you to ask you to be quieter because he has a repressed sexuality mid-term..

Ugh roomies no.. That's why it's taken so long as it is.. I dun care for others being in my home and moving things without me there.. It's s privacy thing.

Hehehe sexually repressed mid-terms hahaha icon_biggrin.gif

I'm Serious! I hate roomie! My last roomie I had before getting my loft in SF, was this 21 year old art student; he was the hipster that didn't know he was a hipster, clearly a gay, and every other word out of his mouth was "My Girlfriend Maria.." He was such a simpering idiot; he spent an hour & a half in the bathroom Ironing his hair, he would start crying at the drop of a hat, and I'm fairly certain a lot of the clothes he wore actually belonged to his girlfriend...

    Congrats!

...and since we are talking roommates, I've had over 30, and only had a problem with 2 of them, and one of those was in a dorm so I didn't get to pick him.
