I'm thinking about this. I think we miss
out on a lot by not having an essential part of
our anatomy. Has anyone done foreskin restoration?

Thought about it. Looked into it. It didn't look normal, so I figured I like what I have more. If your having troubles getting off, change up the way you get off...you can condition your body to less stimulation. If you just like foreskin, like me, then I'd look more online. BUT, anyone do it and succeed?

I'm almost sure that you've already bumped into this site, but in case you haven't: http://www.foreskinrestore.com/main.html

I have, on and off over the years. If I'd have stuck with it I'd be 'done' by now.

But I've still gotten some great results.

An unsuccessful thread I started on this topic a while back.

And I too was thinking about restoring once, but haven't considered it seriously yet. Maybe when I go to college, then I'll be more free while living alone.

I vote go for it. I've been doing it on & off. Im so much happier with even the uncompleted results. Like the previous poster, I don't restore daily any longer. Even halfway done gives a huge difference emotionally/psychologically/physically. feel free to PM me to discuss further.

This thread is useless without pictures.

I wish mine hadn't been taken as an infant, but I don't feel 'incomplete' without it. To me, it's too much work to try to restore and and nothing can ever replace the nerve endings that were snipped away.

This thread makes me sad that I got mine removed. I miss it... but it wasn't "normal" foreskin. (Spare you the details) I also don't think that it's an essential part of our anatomy......... but if it would make you feel better to recover it- I would recommend that you go ahead and try it out because it won't cost you much. It should also make sex feel better if you have a tight circumcision.

I think I have to resign myself to the fact that no matter how hard I try, I will never understand the topic of foreskin restoration. Especially because it's not really a real foreskin, simply droopy & stretched penis skin, not a true foreskin.

I have tried foreskin restoration, using the non-surgical stretching method. I got some results, and I now have a slight "cuff" around the corona that wasn't there before. But I've never been able to stick with this very lengthy process, which typically takes at least a full year.

Also, with stretching you might need to follow it up with surgery anyway, in order to create the tapered tip which most natural foreskins have. Otherwise you get an open, loose sleeve look that many would find unattractive, and certainly not normal in appearance.

At this point, I'm about 50% of the way there... the head of my dick is about half covered and the rough, cracked, dried out, dead skin that is what passes for a "normal" head on a cut cock has pretty much fallen off and I've got smooth, shiny, and much more sensitive skin in its place. It truly is an amazing improvement in sexual pleasure.

Can't you put on some kind of lotion to counter that?

    No, unfortunately that doesn't help.

The real problem is that the head of the penis is supposed to be protected by the foreskin. Since cut guys don't have a foreskin, the head, even with lotion on it, is left exposed and rubbing against clothing all day. It's the constant exposure to fabrics that is what causes the head of the penis to "keratinize" which is the word that describes the "dry lakebed" look that most cut cocks have.

One thing to note: Every guy is different, and because keratinization is an accumulative process, most cut guys don't get a sufficiently thick layer of keratinization that will result in 90%+ loss of sensitivity until they reach approximately age 40 (assuming cut at birth).

On other thing to note: Cut guys who say they are "sensitive" or "very sensitive" are coming from a position of diminished sensitivity to begin with, so any argument that a cut guy has anywhere near the same sensitivity and/or sexual pleasure attained from the head of their cock as an uncut guy is a fallacy.

Well can't you wrap it up and put on some penis balm on it?

I think also think that most pleasure comes from your emotional state.

I'm cut, and I have foreskin like I'm uncut.

I was circumcised when I was 12 (personal choice. Yes, I decided for myself)

i don't believe they will re-circumsize you. Its a skin stretching process. it will harm your penis. I just had a 20 year old patient with it and he woke mid sleep with erections and SCREAMING. it was painful for him and he did it for his girlfriend and now wished he did not. you have to treat your penis skin like eyelid skin

I'm cut and plan to stay that way. Never thought about being uncut or wanting to recover the "manhood". icon_confused.gificon_neutral.gif

I am cut, like the look and some reason I have a "g" spot on the shaft by the cutline. I could dry orgasm at 5 because of it, so if I wasn't cut I would be cumming way too soon I bet.

I didn't know so many americans wished they were uncut...in a strange way it makes me proud to be British.
