I was going to write up some of the ones I like but Googled "chest exercises" and found this:

http://www.shapefit.com/training-chest.html. I checked out a few of them and it looks like the instructions are pretty good.

I like to target all three areas of the chest when I do a chest workout.

The workout magazines usually have articles on the chest as well - I find they recycle articles and workouts so you can watch for them in the newsstand each month.

Implement a variety of pec exercises. Try doing close grip bench press and really contract the pecs at the top of the motion. Then finish off your pec workout with cable flyes. Use light/medium weights and focus on form/contraction.

Some people's pecs genetically aren't shaped in a way that gives you the defined line between then. I know a guy who can bench nearly double what I can and he doesn't have it, whereas I can hold coins in between mine.

I like to do Dumb Bell Flyes (flat, incline and decline) to stretch/separate and flatten the pecs.

Squeeze a basketball every other day 'till you're strong enough to burst it. By then your chest will be huge.

Yep, flyes. Incline, decline, flat--include 'em all.

    Hello Friends.......

    Chest Press
The chest press works the major muscles of the chest, shoulders and triceps. To perform a basic press, lie on a bench and hold weights over chest, elbows bent at 90-degree angles. Press arms straight up, then lower back to starting position.

    Pushups
Pushups work almost every muscle in the body with an emphasis on the chest and arms. For a basic pushup, place hands shoulder-width apart, bend arms and lower down as far as you can. Straighten arms and push up without locking elbows.

    Chest Flies
The fly also works the major muscles of the chest with a focus on the outer portion. For a fly, lie on a bench with palms facing in. Lower weights out to sides, elbows slightly bent. Stop at shoulder level, then bring weights back up over chest.

    Thanks

What matters is working all the muscle groups. Genetics plays a big role.
Not all of us are going to add inches in height from a workout....We can define and bulk up only in relation to our unique body
