Out of the gym summer

    As you can tell by my pics, I am by no mean an excerise fiend but does anyone else drasticlly drop the time spent at the gym when the weather outside gets nicer? Its been sooo nice I spend my free time rollerblading, tubing, volleyball, etc... but the thought of getting out of the sun and going inside to a gym is just so...... unappealing.

    I haven't done crunches, squats, or curls for a while and even though I miss it I just can't get motivated to give up some summertime excerise and go indoors. Does anyone else experience this or are you alot more disciplined?

    yes i do drop the time in the gym but i drop the type of time in the gym.

    for instance u can get a great work out in about 30-45 min by doing a circuit workout ..so ur in and out of the gym but yet get the pump u need. just for example


    Squats 1x15,1x10,1x8,1x6, 1xfailure
    bench press 1x15,1x10,1x8,1x6, 1xfailure
    Deadlifts 1x15,1x10,, 1xfailure
    military press 1x15,1x10,1x8,1x6, 1xfailure
    Chin ups 3x failure
    Crunch's 3x failure

    there u got a awesome quick workout and if u do them with the rep scheme example ur in and add progressive weight each set even if 5 pounds ur good to go .
