A general question for guys who workout and take good care of themselves.

Do you go to any extra extremes to avoid HFC, Sucrose or added sugar in your diet.. or do you feel there are other more important things to focus on.

Like is Salt, Fat, Sugar the most important rule?

Or is Fat, Protein, Carb ratio?

What about cooking in versus eating out. Do you do anything special day to day to avoid having to eat out with the boss?
