Are you the one in charge of cooking the food on the outdoor grill?

Do you have the best recipe for the tastiest burgers and the best grilled veggies and fish? A killer BBQ sauce? Finger licking good?

Grilling is usually a man;s job.

Are you good at it? Do dogs sit near you as you are cooking and smile?

I am. But now I welcome the opportunity for another guy to show his stuff.....and I let him know I like what he cooks.

Are you the master of the outdoor grill/BBQ?

Show me a man who knows how to flip a burger and marinate a steak and grill that corn on the cob and I melt.

I'm ok at the basics.. chicken breasts and burgers. Haven't even attempted steaks or fish.

I cook for a living. I worked specifically as a grill cook for a year and a half... so I like to think I know a thing or two icon_smile.gif.

No, I'm sorry to say that I'm not an accomplished griller.
    Yet, I love grilled meat.

I can remember my father building a charcoal fire every few Sundays during the Summer, and painstakingly turning hot dogs almost continuously until they were perfectly done.

Ahahahah. I'm actually not a fan of fish. The only seafood things I have tried were shrimp, scallops and a variety of fish. I still have to try crab and lobster lol.

Soft Shell Crabs, yes!!! (lobster is a little sweeter than crab). Though i am not familiar with the seafood 'scene' in your area but I'm sure you have them available. But, for smoking, any soft protein is great for it.

I love sparking up the ole grill. Most of all I just like hosting and seeing the smile on friends faces. Whether it's outdoors or an indoor deal. I'm down to cook.

Not to brag or anything LOL but people fight over my hot wings. I cook 'em so that they slide right off the bone when you bite into 'em. LOL

My dad has 3 grills. A gas, a charcoal, and a huge ass smoker. Needless to say I've spent many a sunday afternoon with my dad BBQ'ing. There is nothing better than a great bbq dinner in the Summer!

I can't say I'm a grilling connoisseur, however, I'm usually the one who ends up being grill master when everyone arrives. I can grill a pretty mean Thumann's hot dog.

I love cooking on the grill. When I lived in Michigan, I cooked everything on the grill every day during the summer time. Now in Arizona, I used to until I bought a condo that did not allow barbecue grills on our patios. We have to use the grills that are provided for us and that can be a hassle. I either have to wait for whomever is currently using it or go to one farther away. So this means, pack everything up including your charcoal and starter and sit down there the whole time you are grilling while your friends are back at your place having a great time without you. So I do not do it much any more. I would be happy to come over to your place and grill something for you. I can grill you anything you are hungry for and make it taste great too.

I am a grilling and smoking master. I'll have to get a recipe later when I get home. One of my favorites is smoked brisket. The secret is to use both hickory and cherry. It creates a unique and complex smoked taste and goes right along with the hand-mixed sauce.

    Try this bbq sauce:

    Soy sauce
    Ketchup
    Sesame Oil
    Little Sugar

Mix until it thickens and mixed well.

Paint it on bbq before putting it on the grill. Keeps it moist.
Esp good on chicken and porkchops. yum icon_razz.gif
