I mostly listen to dance and some hip hop music.

Right now most songs from that Britney album "Blackout". It's gay and dancetastic. lol. But seriously it's nonstop and it works for me. (It's also Venus' workout album..lol).

My latest favorite is "Does it Offend You, Yeah".. but I have a lot.

Google it, they arent a huge band, But you can get a lot of their music from their facebook. Personal favorite "We are Rockstars", its got a very original, badass, sound.

    Mostly anything by Switchfoot.
I dont know why, but their music just gets me pumped, keeps me going and gets me focused and in the right mindset when I am running (especially long distances). Their music definitely has that tempo that you want to keep when you are running distance.
You should def check some of these songs out by them:

    Daylight to Break
    Redemption
    Lonely Nation
    Oh! Gravity
    Stars
    We Are One Tonight
    Awakening
    Adding to the Noise

Besides those theres one other song that I listen to that really gets me pumped when running. Its called Torre de Babel by Wisin & Yandel ft David Bisbal
