There are a number of mistakes that we tend to make in our diets. This comes from a basic lack of awareness of what's in the foods we eat and the nutrients involved. For instance, without dietary supplements it is considered near impossible to get all the key nutrients from even a well-balanced diet.

    Why is this?

The major issue clearly is food processing. This is designed to make our foods look more appealing along with lengthening life and bettering taste. This however has a large influence on the nutrients in the food. Even with our fresh produce there is a problem. Long storage times and poor soil nutrient quality all influence the lack of nutrients in the vegetables and fruit we eat.

    Blood sugar livil?
    Nitral foods?

    Is he a Kiwi?

    the three are

    (1) We consume too many refined carbs which create blood sugar spikes. We should eat complex carbs
    (2) We consume foods high in bad fats and avoid natural fatty foods which are essential for health. We should avoid trans fat and eat natural fats such as nuts, seeds and fish.
    (3) We consume unhealthy protein sources (unnatural farming, hormones, chemicals etc). We should eat organic or plant protein (quinoa, spirulina)
