work out during summer

    Okay guys I have a problem and I hope you can hekp me.
    I used to work out when I would come from school or get home. But now during the very hot summerdays I cannot get myself to workout. I know I should do something and I fell kinda bad. Well our house does not have AC so its almost as hot inside as it is out there.
    The only thing I do is riding my bike for like 12miles but I do that around nine pm. And only because the wind while im driving is nice and cool
    So does anybody have an advice for me how i can get myself to workout even tho I start sweating doing nothing?

    I am from Virginia. Life without air conditioning is incomprehensible to me. Why do people live like that in the 21th century.

    I would still have AC in the house...for just Thor few weeks that I needed it.

    Workout at home, or in a climate-controlled gym?

    Hey,

    yeah the heat is incredible here in our part of Europe the last weeks. Anyways, I'm gonna buy a pair of skeelers and start skeelering with a collegue of mine.
    Also I bug my sister playing tennis with me every now and then. When its not too hot. Or just take the bike and take a little tour. Keep yourself busy.
    And drink lots of water! icon_razz.gif

    Can't you go swimming somewhere? It's nice exercise, and obvs you're in the water so it won't be that bad.

    to accurately answer ur question we would have to know if u are doing

    1. home exercises
    2. do u have any access to a gym

    .....


    to answer the question i def just grit thru it . its 30 to 45 min sweating vs lookin hawt as hell and built . so way to pro's and cons


    but swimming . running outside in wooded areas . goto a friends house .
