Never at a more perfect time. I was offered/accepted a permanent full-time position within the non-profit agency that I was currently working for in the last couple of weeks.

I'll be overseeing a group home on the weekends for a home of six adolescent boys with pretty severe mental disabilities. It's a bit of responsibility, but I'm specializing in pediatrics with my doctorate. I'm really excited to get so much experience through this, and I know that my career path/choice is starting to make its way clear. I've never had something be so humbling before, and I really enjoy these kids alot. Wish me luck!

I'm not, but I just happen to be specializing in pediatrics. So, these are the kids that I'll be working with on a day to day basis. This job looks fantastic on my resume.
