So apparently my friend set an appointment for me to see a nutritionist because he thinks I'm not eating properly to gain what I have been complaining about, six packs abs, building somewhat of a chest, so on and so forth. Should I feel offended or thankful that he's helping me?

are you glad you're going? if you're complaining that you aren't getting what you want and doing nothing about it, is it a good thing that someone is making the steps for you to reaching your goal?

i'd be pissed for a little because they did it without consulting me and then thank them because their probably sick of you bitching and moping saying all these things and not lifting a finger.

he perhaps should have asked you first, but believe me, a nutritionist should be able to give you some valuable insight into your diet and exercise regime.
