can I do it with a jockstrap? ive never seen or touched one before but I heard the jockstrap cups are hard, so im wondering if they can stretch and loosen up space on my jeans for my jewels.
I brought a 100$ pair of jeans, waist size 27 when I actually wanted size 28 (which was already tight) but they didnt have that size so I settled with size 27.
However when I put them on, they Choke MY BALLS AND THEY feel Uncomfortable! please somebody give me some advice on how to loosen up that part of the jeans, will washing them loosen them up? will they loosen up of I wear them with time? what if I wear a jockstrap cup for a few days, will it then loosen up that part of the body for me on the jeans!?!?

    (head nods)
You settled for a pair of jeans more than one size SMALLER?!
Never buy clothing that is too small. Period. If the store doesn't have the correct size go to another store!
Wear them as they are, feel miserable, and hopefully you'll have leaned an important lesson. (Or else just return them to the store.)
Fortunately it was just jeans and not a suit.

denim is 'self cleaning' so you're actually not supposed to wash them frequently (once a year or two if you can help it), the oil from your skin does that job but washing them will only make them tighter (approx. 6-9%) and will make them fade much quicker as well.

the under crotch area is really hard to stretch because the seam is run and felled (the seam is folded into each other and sewn) which is a very strong seam with no give. it will ease up over time but you'd have to be dedicated to wearing them tight until then.
the best thing i can think of is to stretch the area by keeping your legs far apart when you wear them.
