    I appreciate what they're doing, but I'd much rather see the definition of marriage be changed by law...not just a religious organization.

    it was only inevitable. if churches can find a "loophole" to allow divorces, certainly they'll find one for allowing same-sex marriages.

    Meh. I spent the bulk of my junior high and high school years being deprogrammed from the Mormon upbringing and rebrainwashed by Presbyterians. While less horrific that the Mormon years, I still wouldn't recommend them even if they do decide to marry us.

    Does this actually matter to people? Personally, I see marriage as a very religious issue. I don't believe in God, therefore, I am not going to get married. I am all for the government issuing Civil Unions to whoever wants em. Equal rights. If you then want to go get married in your church, by all means go ahead. I wish we actually practiced separation of church and state. Too bad.
