So I eat twice in the morning, when I wake up and in the morning at work
    Then I have lunch
Then I come back home, have a snack or protein shake and then gym
usually eat dinner at like 9
    And bed at like 12
Is it good for the abs? Or am I eating too late?

Many schools of thought. A dietician advised to eat protein close to bedtime to keep the metabolism active overnight and the belly as full as possible in the morning. But many others say don't eat at night.

I've also heard that it matters not when you eat if you get proper nutrition.

I always eat a protein shake right before bed. It's part of my routine.

If you're trying to build muscle, you should always eat before you sleep. If you're cutting weight, just drink a protein shake or skim milk.

Personally, I don't see any disadvantage to it. That whole "don't eat before bed" advice is really only good for people that regularly overeat.

the idea is to eat before 8pm. however, if you are up late and you have a regular eating schedule than chances are you will have to eat a late night snack. that being said, if you are eating late than you should try and eat something light
