    Hi guys.
I was wondering I met this one guy (22 years old) at the gym and we started chatting but he doesn’t seem to show any intrest and I also met this other guy but I found out today that he’s 15 but he actually seem intrested in me. But it’s a bit creepy to me because im 20 and he’s only 15.

So should I rather leave the 15 year old one and focus more on the 22 year old one?

Do you really need to ask this question? The kid is 15.

At 20 years old, you're only one year older than the age of consent for gay sex in South Africa. You would be very foolish to pursue a 15 year old.

a lot...and I mean alot, of gays, guys, I know lost their virginti to older men at a really early age, so it's not uncommoon, especially for our generation. However, It's illegal, and you might get in trouble with it.and I know age ain't nothing but a number, but sometime (i mean most times)younger guys are just too, well "young minded" and are probably not at the same level as you , especially for someone who has graduated hig school and has been out mor in the real world.

Oh, don't vilify the poor guy. I've known 19-year-olds who were in very (well, apparently) stable relationships with 40-year-olds, and I've dated a couple guys several years younger than I am. Plus, I've known plenty of 28-year-old guys who struck me as less emotionally mature than some 18-year-olds I know! :)

If you were asking about an 8-year-old or something, that would be creepy for sure, but 15-year-olds are certainly capable of logical thought, self-preservation, all that, they just lack world experience. So if he's 15, and especially since you're only 5 years older, I think it's less an issue of creepiness and more of a dispassionate question of legality.

That said, I'm pretty certain it's illegal for a 20-year-old to sleep with a 15-year-old in all states.

Oh, didn't even notice you were in South Africa. Well, I'll defer to paradox on that legality, then.

I would go with the 22 year old if i was you. Not to be mean but the 15 year old will leave you. Most boys at 15 are just looking for sex not love.

Also another thing. If you are going to top him you many hurt him. If he is topping you... go with the 22 year old you are less likely to hurt him.

    There's nothing to vilify...
    He's asking for advice
so unless you wanna think of yourself as a pedophile letch I'd stay with the boys your own age

So the older guy isn't showing any interest and the other kid is just jail bait...I would focus on my work out from now on if I was you =)

not gonna argue the morality of it or anything like that - I just have to say, that is a VERY SLIPPERY SLOPE, with legal ramifications that you certainly don't want to find yourself having to deal with...

Franko85, no offense, but age is definitely *more* than just a number. Of course, I said the same thing you did at your age. ;-)

Sorry, but some of you guys are idiots and will wonder why you are behind bars one of these days. It only takes one to file a complaint and you are doomed.

don't even think about the 15yr old. it's against the law. i wouldn't even flirt with him. it's very creepy. nothing but bad can happen from it. like most teens he'll be way too emotional and might expect a lot from you. you gonna go over to hang out with him after school? he might be into you now, but in 10yrs he'll probably think you were the biggest creep in the world for going out with a 15 yr old. and it's this sort of stuff that gives us a bad name with the rest of the world.

Uh... Half plus 7 rule? Ever heard of it? Take half your age and add seven and thats the youngest you can go without being creepy or weird.

The issue here is not the difference in age. It's what is legal and what isn't. If your 20, it's perfectly legal to go out with someone who is 20 years older than you. But if one of the two people is legally underage, then it's illegal. That's it.

Go for someone underage and you could go to jail, and be permanently marked as a sex offender. Is it really worth it?

I would not touch a minor with a ten foot pole if I was you... if there's a problem... Well, let me explain. In Quebec you are considered an adult at 18 years old so, at 20, for me, you are an adult and the one at 15, is not.
