    I skipped my run last night. Totally worth it.

    Next run will be long run Saturday morning - hoping to reach 17.

    You guys are inspiring me to up the mileage. There's a race tomorrow, but if I don't run it perhaps I'll try to boost a little. Still pretty miserable here with the heat and humidity.

    That's cool. I did 3.1 mi (5k) in 24:20 yesterday icon_smile.gif in 90+ degrees 100% humidity. haha.

    It's an old race, based on the course rather than any prescribed, standard distance.
