I've always loved armwrestling and I've been doing it ever since junior high school. It's especially fun taking on bigger guys and surprising them. Any of you guys into AW and do you have any cool stories to tell

Si alguien lo traduce muy agradecido, if someone can translate, Im very gratefull.

I liked arm wrestling with a few of the guys from school; it was just something to do if we were bored. No cool stories though...sorry.

we used to do it tons in junior high. it was a way for a small guy or real skinny guy to get respect.

this isn't a great story but i remember there was a guy named zimmerman in 7th grade who was the king of arm wrestling no one could beat him. but i figured out why he won all the time - he always started before anyone else did, but it was so subtle no one saw it.

when i wrestled him, i got out quicker than he did and won. it was one of the only few decent days in junior hell school.

if you like arm wrestling, you have to see "over the top" with sly stallone. it's the best movie ever. so cornball and goofy.

Yeah, Over The Top is a fun, if corny movie.

AW stories. . . hmmmm. . . the ones that come to mind immediately involve a friend of mine who was 30 lbs heavier and thought he was a stud LOL Anyway, he liked to show off and he challenged me to AW. . . long story short, we did it three times and he lost everytime The first 2 matches lasted about 2-3 minutes, the third less than a minute.

He challenged me a few times after that and always lost. Finally he gave up.

Translation

My history is next, I like the pulse (of it), my dad used to practice it. One time I was in a competition en my city of Mayaguez and competed like a freshman, in my category and weight.

I competed again a typical muscle head, he was going to pin me when he used his strength, so that he could win, and he sensed that my arm was weak, but he got the shock of his life, I broke his arm at the beginning of the competition- they had to call 911. I felt like the superman of this and even after 4 years, I'm still called "Arm Breaker" at my old gym!

Used to arm wrestle quite often, started in middle school, me and one other guy my size were never beaten. We finally squared off one day and stayed locked for over 4 minutes till we called it a draw, and the bell to go to class went off.

I couldn't even get people to arm wrestle after that, and didn't really get picked on either, which was nice.
