I stopped working out 5 weeks ago. It wasn't planned. It just happened. I got sick-- off and on, vacation. I indulged myself. Had a good time. But everyday lately, I'm telling myself that today will be the day to go back to the gym. Now I realized I've been saying that to myself for the last 3 weeks and have used every opportune excuse not to. What's your advice to get motivated again?
