Yeah I know what ya mean. I hate it when I do a good muscle-building workout, and wake up the next day all blow'd up and too muscly.

Eat a diet that's conducive to muscle building, and train with weights.
You won't gain fat unless you overeat with junk food, trans fats, excessive carbs, high fructose corn syrup, etc.

I don't eat junk food, never ever! I try to eat high protein food, like Greek yoghurt, chicken breast, almonds and other nuts (saltless), avocado, tuna.. I eat very healthy actually, but I can't eat too much. It hurts my stomach and it makes it look big.

I can't lift heavy weights yet, so maybe that's why.

I do lift weights three times a week though.

u dont have to do heavy weights to do it .. we all start somewhere.

    monday and wed

    Squats 3x15
    Military press 3x15
    Deadlifts 3x10
    Bicep curls barbell 3x20-25
    Tricep xtention 3x20-25

    Friday
    Bench press
    Pullups 3x failure
    Dips 3x failure
    Ab work

this is a very basic workout. but just grab an barbell and do it . barbell is 45 pounds . so start there so u get ur form down and then build up trying to add weight each time . you are in the gym for you ..besides that u will advance quickly and you will thank me . these are the core of bodybuilding and then you can move on to greater things ..

spence PM me if any questions

Thank you Spence for your advice, I will definitely take it into consideration.

Now however, I already have a workout plan and I don't wanna change it for a while.

I'll PM you if I have any questions ;)

    Hello Friends.........

    # Add cheese, nuts and dressings made with olive, walnut or canola oil to salads.
    # Eat starchy vegetables such as potatoes and corn more often.
    # Go for dried fruits or fruit juices as healthy higher calorie snacks.
    # Add cream or cheese sauces to fish and baked chicken breast.
    # Choose herbs and spices to increase the flavors of your food rather than relying on salt.
    # Add powdered milk to soups and sauces to offer calories and protein.
    # Spread Peanut butter on whole grain bread, apples or celery sticks to get a great source of protein and calories.
    # Stick with healthy desserts, such as a bowl of berries with whipped topping and lot of chopped nuts.

    Thanks
