What classes do you take, if any? And when do you choose to go?

Since my return from the gym, I've been hitting the 5:15am "Mid-Management" (ab workout) and then either "Body Combat" or "Body Pump," just to get back in the swing of things.

If I had a more predictable schedule, I'd take yoga classes.
Working on call has serious disadvantages when it comes to "regular" stuff.

I used to take classes about 10 years ago and miss it. I always got a lot of energy from the other people in the classes. I'm thinking of taking a spinning class; I was talking to another gym member on Saturday and he said the instructor is excellent and the time flies by very quickly.

I can't do anything at 5:15 a.m., however. How early do you get up?

I got up this morning at 4:40am to feed my chickens, let the dog out, and make a breakfast burrito before leaving for the gym at about 4:55am.

Don't worry about not being able to get up that early. It's a sign that you're terrifyingly boring.

icon_biggrin.gif I start work between 6-6:30 but I don't feel really awake till mid-morning. It would be pretty difficult for me to exercise. I find the best time for me, in terms of energy, is the afternoon.
