Lower back and Lower Chest

    My regular routine isnt cutting it. Any advice on defining my lower back and my lower chest...Please and thankyou.

    Lower Back: The part of your back that's behind your belly button and above your ass.
    Lower Chest: The part of your torso that's between your shoulders and above your abs.

    For my lower back i've always done the hyperextensions with like a 50 lb barbell. Good mornings help your lowerback as well, but i don't do them cause i hate the feeling. If you do core exercises those should help with your lower back as well. For lower pecs i decline bench with barbells.
